a more balanced market is very healthy. if the hot sellers market was to continue we would eventually see a correction, perhaps of some magnitude. this is a better alternative. as the prediction for rates is that they will continue to go down, it will stimulate the market. a flat market for a year would be a good thing, let everyone stablize. the fundamentals for canada are excellent long term.
