Well this looks promising. Knowing when you can move in your new house even before it is built and having the reassurance of it will make everyone happier. But it seems to have a few bugs that still need to be worked out. For example, I can`t imagine all the paperwork involved and the "O.K. you can move here, but later than you think you could - First Tentative Occupancy Date/A subsequent Tentative Occupancy Date - so we the builders have to pay you for it - Delayed Occupancy Date/compensation" thing is really confusing for people, especially unexperienced first-time-buyers. But I guess that everything needs to settle.
