Are all the extras in the contract included in the 267k sales price or are they in addition to?

I heard of an interesting situation in St. John's regarding a condo. The contract was signed. Buyer was to live on the top floor. During the building process the builder decides to raise the building up a few levels.

A 23yr old taking on 270,000 in debt? For a 1 bedroom condo? Is that 'normal' these days?

BTW: love the column Bob, thanks for all the great info!

This is true; such thing is there in real estate business and real estate agents. Home buyers need to be more cautious while hiring real estate agents for them. Agent you hire must be well aware of local market, must have proper knowledge of prices and must be well aware of all the legal formalities.
