Executive Assistant/Client Care Coordinator [Full Time Position]

Realosophy is an innovative company blazing a trail in the residential real estate sector. We help consumers make better home buying and selling decisions through our pioneering fact-based analytics and advisory services. We’re known for our popular consumer website Realosophy.com, our honest assessment of the Toronto real estate market and our highly professional agent services.

What You’ll Do:

Be a Realosophy brand ambassador, greeting everyone at our Leslieville office, listening carefully, explaining how Realosophy can help and solving problems.

Support Realosophy President/Broker on day-to-day activities including prioritization and project and performance management.

Work with Sales Team to deliver superior service including scheduling, liaising with clients and other parties, producing communications and marketing materials, reviewing documentation and problem solving.

Keep our modern, open concept office organized and energized.

Work with Executive Team on special projects as they arise.

Who You Are:

You have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate, normally shown through enrollment or completion of one or more of the following: Ontario Salesperson Registration Education Program (Level 1, 2 or 3); Real Estate Institute of Canada Courses or Certificates; College or University Courses, Diplomas or Degrees related to real estate.

You would like to gain experience working in an innovative real estate sales environment and mentorship from industry leaders in a full-time capacity.

You have strong verbal and written English communication skills.

You have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

You have strong numeracy skills.

You have strong computer and software skills.

You have experience leading and organizing others.

University/College Diploma or Degree.

Available weeknights and weekends when necessary.

Previous experience as Executive Assistant an asset.
