I first saw this ad on Garth Turner's Greater Fool blog. You know things aren't going well in the US real estate market when you see ads like this from developers. This developent is in southern California just north of San Diego. Fortunately I don't see Toronto real estate developers offering Buy 1 Get 1 Free houses any time soon.
