Now that individuals will be less hesitant to sue for damages, it will be very interesting to see what happens from here.
Real Estate Investors (aka Landlords) with multiple properties may find themselves in a position where a trouble tenant might sue. Whereas before, they would not have. We will have to wait and see as to what the impact is going to be of these new streamlined rules!
