Why We Should Be Worried About Toronto Condo Prices Rising

Realosophy's John Pasalis talks to BNN's Greg Bonnell about why sharply rising prices - particularly in Toronto's condo sector - might be a cause for concern.

“I think there is some reason to be concerned [about froth]. When you look at what’s going on on the ground, I think there are a lot of people comparing it to what we saw in 2017,” said Realosophy Realty President John Pasalis in an interview with BNN Bloomberg.

In a wide ranging interview, John talks about strong investor interest in condos, the return of the detached home as the fastest growing area of sales in Toronto and the GTA and why price increases returning to the mid-teens is troubling.
