It’s an exciting time at Realosophy – we are now a full service brokerage serving buyers and sellers in Toronto! 

You may remember that we began our adventure as consumers unhappy with what was on offer in the status quo industry.  We wanted more information at our fingertips and some straight talk about the whole home buying process.  With the words “open”, “easy to use” and “empowering” posted on our wall and our butts firmed planted at our kitchen table, we built realosophy.com.  With some grunting (and groaning) and a lot of anticipation, we pushed and pulled home buying tips, school performance reports, maps and neighbourhood stats into the website we wanted to use.  The all-nighters have paid off - you have told us that you love the site and our proprietary technology has since been featured in the Globe and Mail, Toronto Life Magazine and the CBC.

Homepage_Small With the same dedication, we are now pulling together a cutting-edge brokerage that elevates the consumer experience (butts now firmly planted in our basement bootcamp).  We designed the Realosophy Consulting System to enable home buyers to make the right decisions throughout the buying process. Our agents go through the system step by step with each and every client – no short cuts. At the first consultation, you will receive a customized home buyer’s guide that sets out the entire buying process and helps you articulate your lifestyle, financial position and needs. We also put pen to paper to create our Defensive Home Buying Action Plan - your guide to deciding whether you should buy in these challenging economic times.

Building Realosophy to be the ultimate consumer brokerage is a journey.  While we help our clients locate themselves in the space that’s right for them, they help us build the right space for consumers.  Our lively/scrappy/certifiable team discussions help us sort through diverse consumer preferences, refine our ideas and thwart potential lawsuits (“I know, why don’t we encourage sellers to let buyers “try out” their homes for a week?!”)  Though our approaches are diverse, every member of our team is focused on making the buying and selling experience better for consumers – that’s what brings it all together.
