Not much of a shock, to understate it.
Have any projects actually been selling in October ... at all? Does anyone who would buy a month ago actually qualify any more?

Here's a different scenario - how many of the no money down, long amorts [0/40 and thereabouts] buyers waiting for those projects - who have signed on will be able to maintain their mortgage preauths in the 'new reality' when they come due and need to cycle?
