Residents of Mimico's waterfront community are losing faith as newest plans of revitalizing the waterfront are headed for Toronto City hall in July after almost a decade of deliberation.

Residents fear that this 'revitalization' project will do everything but. With old apartment buildings already scattering the Mimico Waterfront, it is feared that these buildings will simply be replaced with new high rise condos - as that is what Toronto's waterfront is notorious for.
