I'm not sure what the difference is. We use the MLS here in Michigan. What is the difference?

Rick,
You're right - both Canada and the US use MLS systems. However, the key distinction is that Canadian brokerages are not permitted to download all MLS data for display on their websites.

In Canada, brokerages typically have just their own listings on their websites whereas US brokerages can display all available homes for sale in their MLS area.
